  • Easy, step-by-step methods to make sauerkraut, kimchi, lacto-fermented vegetables, milk kefir and kombucha
  • Common mistakes and troubleshooting 
  • Sampling of a wide variety of different fermented food 
  • In-class fermentation project (to take home)
  • Each participant will also be given a kombucha SCOBY culture to take home
