DILL-GARLIC SAUERKRAUT

Super delicious on burgers, sausages, wraps and salads!

A gorgeous ruby red kraut with a hint of caraway.  Pairs deliciously with sausages, pierogies and dumplings.

INGREDIENTS: Red cabbage, sea salt, caraway seed.


CURRY SAUERKRAUT

A golden beauty infused with a mild Madras curry.  Great with avocado toast, in wraps, salads, sandwiches and anything BBQ!

INGREDIENTS: Green cabbage, Madras curry powder, sea salt.


“NAKED” SAUERKRAUT

Short on ingredients, big in taste!  Goes great on everything!

CURTIDO

This classic, El Salvadorian “sauerkraut” has a punch of lime juice, oregano, crushed red chilis and jalapenos. Not too spicy but full of bright flavours, this is a big favourite and is super tasty with BBQ and tossed in salads for an extra kick!

INGREDIENTS: Green cabbage, carrots, yellow onions, crushed red chili pepper, jalapeno pepper, oregano, lime juice, sea salt. 


KIMCHI

Kimchi is the ferment with the most personality!  This condiment is the national dish of Korea and is packed with full-on flavour and umami!  Pair it with any grilled dish, rice, noodles, or add it to burgers, tacos and even to your morning eggs!  Available in Regular and Vegan.

INGREDIENTS: (regular Kimchi): Napa cabbage, yellow onions, green onions, garlic shoots, garlic, gochugaru pepper flakes, ginger, fish sauce, dried shrimp, rice flour, sea salt, sugar.
